Thermal insulated chamber & door with Ultra high purity alumina low thermal mass insulation.
Insulation fully capable of high insulation to avoid heat loss.
Fitted with heavy hinges & door is duly insulated with clamp.
Insulated single solid door with clamp and single hole at the centre, opening of the door of swival type.
Thermocouple: K-type.
Heating Element Made up of best quality grade Kanthal “A-1” grade heating element and able to hold the same on 4 side heating, Heating elements on support tubes to ensure free heat radiation and a long service life.
Safety switch for door opening for isolating the heating elements.
Unit can continuously run up to 99 hrs or more.
Natural heat distribution type.
Micro switch that disconnects the power of the heater element when the door is open.
Exhaust air outlet in rear wall of furnace.
Removable panels for easy access to replace heating elements and thermocouples
