Robust double-walled construction
The outer body is made of CRCA epoxy powder-coated finish scratch free.
The inner chamber made of rust-free stainless steel (304 Grade).
Outer front double-walled door is insulated and is fitted with a magnetic gasket for air-tight closing & for no temperature loss, provided with lock and key arrangement.
A full-view inner polycarbonate sheet door with gasket sealing for air tight closing & for no temperature loss enables inspection and monitoring of inner chamber specimens without disturbing the process temperature.
Fitted with a durable axial blower for forced air circulation at double walled back to maintain temperature uniformity in the chamber.
Stainless steel trays/racks are provided with height adjustment facility.
Long-lasting SS tubular heaters used as heating elements are placed in the path of moving air duly insulated from the body.
Cooling is done by finned tube evaporator lie in the air circulation path by ISI marked Compressor/ Condensing Units CFC free & R-134a eco-friendly refrigerant CFC free refrigerant to be used to comply with the New Environmental Regulation.
Chamber has stainless steel water reservoir at the bottom is heated through immersion-type heaters generates the steam thus creating humidity condition inside the chamber.
High grade Pre-fabricated molecular panels with 75mm PUF insulation between outer and inner chamber for minimal thermal losses.
Microprocessor based PID temperature & relative humidity controller cum Indicator with display for Set Value (SV) & Process Value (PV) to select any desired temperature & Humidity provided. Directly from PLC with NDIR sensors
Alarms for High and Low temperature and RH set by user
Storage programs for temperature and humidity
Low & high-temperature cut-off settable thermostats & high humidity cut off devices for ensuring safety in case of any failures.

If there is a difference of 5 – 8 deg C from any set value, then temperature recovery time up to set value is 20-40 min.
If there is a difference of 5 – 10% RH from any set value, then Humidity recovery time up to set value is 20-40 min.
Temperature accuracy will be stable in 15-20 minutes after reaching the set value.
