• Double walled prefabricated modular panels with 80 mm PUF insulation and cam lock system easy to assemble at site. Machine with Inner Chamber & Outer Chamber made GI sheet panels.
• Flooring 50 mm thick made of PUF slab density of 40 ± 5Kg/m3 with Plywood + Aluminum chequered plate on top of it.
• Door PCGI, 50 mm thick, sizes 6.5 x 2.5 ft, door locking system automatic lever model, safety release knob inside the room for door opening.
• Door self closing with heavy duty air tight gasket. Door size 6.5 feet × 2.5 feet.
• Culture racks made of steel of size 4 x 2 x 6 ft with 5culture shelves and one bench of 4ft x 10ft extruded Anodized aluminum with expanded metal top to keep pot plants.

• Double walled insulated door fitted with an observation window of having vacuum glasses. The door is provided with a lock & key to restrict unauthorized access. For safety reasons the door can be opened from inside even if locked from outside.
• Uniform temperature maintenance in the chamber through forced air circulation or better mechanism.
• Heating and cooling System: Stainless Steel tubular heaters for heating and CFC free cooling system consisting of hermetically sealed compressor coupled with evaporation coil and fan- cooled condenser to provide efficient cooling in the chamber.
• Ultrasonic humidification system of 10 LPH.
• High-Quality Temperature and Humidity sensor, Temperature is to be displayed in °C with 0.1°C resolution.
• Humidity is to be displayed in %RH with 0.1%RH resolution.
• Optional inlet for CO2 control 0-1000 ppm to the chamber with precise mechanism.
• PT-100 sensor for control and display of accurate temperature recording. Addition port for placing central monitoring system senor.
• Safety and alarm system: High and low temperature thermostats, high and low humidity cut of system, provision to open the door from inside even without key, overload protection circuit to safeguard the compressor, MCB to cut off over current supply.
• Automatic Low Water Cut-off Device for humidity bath.
• Fire retardant and covered with pre painted sheet, thereby eliminating any fungal growth.

Controller:

• Touch screen colour display with Programmable logic controller (PLC) controller showing temperature and humidity of all probes and other key operating features.
• LAN based operation facility for fault detection and Web gate technology for remote access.
• System has password protection, inbuilt real time clock with date and time function and computer interface for data recording and monitoring.
• Controlling panel have temperature controller which controls heating as well as cooling.
