CABINET CONSTRUCTION: Outer cabinet fabricated by using Electro Galvanized (G..) Sheet with Epoxy powder coat finish. Inner chamber and Flooring Made of total stainless steel 304 grades.

DOORS: Entry & Exit Doors made of GI powder coated with double walled flush glass view panels, Door closures device, electromagnetic interlocking, Handle.

TWO STAGE FILTRATION:

HEPA filter: HEPA filter made of ultra clean glass fiber paper media of imported origin, Assembled in anodized aluminum frame. Particle retention 0.3 Micron, Efficiency 99.999% at supply end.

Pre Filter: Pre-filter (95% down to 5 micron) for return air & fresh air intake

MOTOR BLOWER ASSEMBLY: Statically & Dynamically balanced Motor-blowers with suspension arrangement to reduce noise level for suction and booster

AIR JET NOZZLE: Corrosion resistant, high strength, durable with flawless array of high velocity stainless steel nozzles for direct high velocity within the chamber. Fitted at three sides Left, right and at Top.

LIGHTING: Air Shower chambers are provided with high intensity LED lighting for uniform lighting throughout

the chamber.

CONTROL PANEL:

Doors by electromagnetic inter focking to ensure that both the doors cannot open at the same time & to ensure that both the doors will be locked during the time air flow is on.
Overload protection by thermal relay
Shower duration by adjustable electronic timer settable 30 seconds to 5 min
