Technical Features

 Construction:

• Interior and exterior painted with highly reflective, high temp baked white powder coating for good light distribution.
• Exterior constructed of Electro galvanized steel duly powder coated.
• Inner chamber made of Stainless steel (304 Grade).
• CFC Free Polyurethane Insulation Foam for better thermal insulation.
• Chamber floor equipped with Stainless steel floor drain under the entire growth area.
• Heavy duty swivel castor and adjustable leveling feet to compensate for floor unevenness
• One door opening of providing full access to chamber interior (magnetic gasket provides a tight seal to door frame)
• Door with keyed magnetic locks.

Shelves / Tiers:

• Powder-coated steel wire shelves.
• vertically adjustable in growth height 1 inch to 1.2 m increments
• Maximum growing height is 30” (750 mm) in any one tier

Lighting Facility:

• PAR high light intensity of 700 micro-moles/m2/secs at 15cm from lamps.
• Light intensity is controllable by programming from 0-100% of maximum intensity
• Lamp heat will be removed by the refrigeration system.

Air Flow:

• Air will be delivered uniformly upward through the floor platform @ 0.2m/s across the shelve.
• Fresh Air is manually adjustable from outside the cabinet

Temperature:

• Temp Range: +5°C to +45°C lights OFF and +15°C to +45°C lights ON
• Temperature uniformity @ ±1.0°C @20°C
• Temperature accuracy ±0.5°C with auto cut off function in case of excessive heating and cooling.
• A programmable a limit alarm should be provided as a safety measure.
• This safety feature is independent from control system.
