PASS BOX STATIC & DYNAMIC

In general Pass Box is classified into two types. They are static pass box and dynamic pass box. These are the types mostly used in pass box applications such as pass box in radiology, Pharmaceutical industries, Chemical research laboratories, Electronic industry, Semiconductor

Static pass box equipment, fabricated with powder coated ,304 / 316 grades stainless steel and high quality components and are capable of eradicating pollutants completely from the air. These static pass boxes are installed in manufacturing areas and filter the incoming air in order to keep the air free from dust and other contaminants. With UV light, Fluorescent light, buzzer indicator to know the material is kept inside and indicating lamp, these static pass boxes provide excellent working performance in the clean room unit.

Construction all its external & internal surfaces are made M.S. Sheet duly powder coated or S.S. Sheet body – 304 grade (as ordered)

Hinged door on both sides fitted with glass viewing window through which material kept in the pass box can be seen.

Electrically interlocked type doors on both sides, so that any one door can be opened at a time

UV & fluorescent light

Can be installed easily on the wall between the clean room and any other room.
