❖ Outer chamber is made of M.S. powder coated,
❖ Inner chamber made of stainless steel (304) sheet.
❖ Forced convection built in air circulating fan, strong dispersion and maintains higher temperature uniformity inside
the chamber & no cross contamination.
❖ Thermal loss is prevented by filling ceramic wool (Insulation) in approximate space gap between outer and inner wall
75 mm and filled with pure mineral wool material for proper insulation.
❖ Solid doors with steel handle Fitted with heavy hinges with a ball catcher,
❖ Shelves: 2 Stainless steel shelves (Removable) .
❖ RTD PT-100 temperature sensor.
❖ Removable type Stainless steel corrosion resistant wire mesh trays (Removable).
❖ Over temperature thermostat and adjustable air ventilators.
❖ Beaded & Air heating elements made of high-quality KANTHAL wire are placed 3 side in the chamber, income wire
and uniformly placed One heating element around circulating fan. Heated air will be forced into chamber space by the
circulating fan.
❖ Inner chamber has provision support for placing the shelves at convenient levels.
❖ The chamber have an arrangement that permit trays to adjust at different heights to form different size
compartment.
❖ Temperature control by microprocessor-based PID controller from Ambient temperature 0°C to 200°C.Fitted on the
front panel for easy operations. (Parameters displayed-Time, Temperature settings and temperature reading)
❖ Temperature Accuracy in ᵒC ±0.5ᵒC
❖ Automatic temperature and time controller.
❖ Safety alarms for high -low temperature, Power failure, and cut off.
❖ Analog display with SV and PV display at front of the oven.
